कोण अर्ज करू शकतं?

  • अत्यल्प उत्पन्न गट (EWS): वार्षिक कौटुंबिक उत्पन्न 6 लाखांपर्यंत.
  • अल्प उत्पन्न गट (LIG): 6 ते 9 लाख (पती-पत्नीचं एकत्र उत्पन्न).
  • महाराष्ट्राचा अधिवास दाखला (domicile) आवश्यक.
  • घरं 15% सामाजिक गृहनिर्माण आणि 20% सर्वसमावेशक गृहनिर्माण योजनांतील आहेत.

लागणारी कागदपत्रं

  • आधारशी जोडलेला मोबाइल नंबर आणि ईमेल
  • आधार आणि PAN (अर्जदार आणि पती/पत्नी)
  • अधिवास दाखला (domicile)
  • उत्पन्नाचा दाखला किंवा ITR

अर्ज कसा करायचा?

  • फक्त म्हाडाच्या अधिकृत साइटवर (housing.mhada.gov.in) नोंदणी करा.
  • प्रोफाइलमध्ये आधार, PAN आणि कुटुंबाची माहिती भरा, दाखले अपलोड करा.
  • अधिवास आणि उत्पन्न दाखले मंजूर होईपर्यंत थांबा.
  • योजना निवडा, अनामत रक्कम (EMD) भरा आणि अर्ज सबमिट करा.
  • पैसे भरल्याची पावती जपून ठेवा. अर्जाची स्थिती लॉग-इन करून डॅशबोर्डवर दिसते.

घरं कुठे आहेत? नाशिक, संभाजीनगर, नागपूरचं काय?

  • या सोडतीतील घरं फक्त पुणे शहर, पिंपरी-चिंचवड आणि PMRDA भागात आहेत.
  • नाशिक, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर, नागपूर, अमरावती, कोकण ही म्हाडाची वेगळी मंडळं आहेत; त्यांची सोडत वेगळी जाहीर होते.
  • योजनानिहाय घरं, किंमत आणि क्षेत्रफळ म्हाडाच्या अधिकृत साइटवर दिलेलं आहे.

सोडतीचा निकाल

सोडत झाल्यावर विजेत्यांची आणि प्रतीक्षा यादी म्हाडाच्या अधिकृत साइटवर जाहीर होते. निकाल आल्यावर इथे लिंक आणि निकाल कसा पाहायचा ते देऊ.

शेवटची तारीख 15 ऑक्टोबर होती ना?

14 ऑक्टोबरला मुदत वाढवली. आता ऑनलाइन अर्ज आणि पैसे 22 ऑक्टोबर रात्री 11:59 पर्यंत; RTGS/NEFT ने 23 ऑक्टोबर दुपारी 3:59 पर्यंत.

साइट चालत नाही, दाखले मंजूर होत नाहीत. काय करू?

MahaIT देखभालीमुळे 16 ऑक्टोबर दुपारी 4 ते 20 ऑक्टोबर दाखले मंजूर होणार नाहीत. दाखले आधीच मंजूर असतील तर अर्ज आणि पेमेंट आत्ताच पूर्ण करा. बाकी असतील तर कागदपत्रं आणि पैसे तयार ठेवा; सेवा सुरू होताच पूर्ण करा.

मुदतवाढ मिळेल का?

18 ऑक्टोबरपर्यंत पुढील मुदतवाढीची घोषणा नाही. शेवटच्या दिवसाची वाट पाहू नका. तारीख बदलली तर इथे लगेच अपडेट करू.

सोडत कधी आहे?

म्हाडाने अंतिम तारीख अजून जाहीर केलेली नाही; बातम्यांमध्ये 25 नोव्हेंबर ते 4 डिसेंबर अशा तारखा आहेत. निश्चित झाल्यावर इथे देऊ.

अर्ज करण्यासाठी कोणाला पैसे द्यावे लागतात का?

नाही. अर्ज फक्त म्हाडाच्या अधिकृत साइटवर स्वतः करा. घर मिळवून देतो म्हणणाऱ्या कोणालाही पैसे देऊ नका; सोडत संगणकाद्वारे होते. Avasetu अर्ज किंवा पैसे घेत नाही.

माझा अर्ज आणि पेमेंट झालं हे कसं पाहू?

नोंदणी करताना बनवलेल्या युजरनेमने अधिकृत साइटवर लॉग-इन करा; अर्जाची स्थिती डॅशबोर्डवर दिसते. पेमेंटची पावती जपून ठेवा.

Who can apply?

  • EWS: family income up to 6 lakh a year.
  • LIG: 6 to 9 lakh a year (husband and wife together).
  • A Maharashtra domicile certificate is needed.
  • The homes come from the 15% social housing and 20% inclusive housing schemes.

Documents you need

  • A mobile number linked to Aadhaar, and an email
  • Aadhaar and PAN (applicant and spouse)
  • Domicile certificate
  • Income certificate or ITR

How to apply

  • Register only on MHADA's official site (housing.mhada.gov.in).
  • Fill in Aadhaar, PAN and family details in your profile and upload the certificates.
  • Wait for the domicile and income certificates to be approved.
  • Choose the scheme, pay the deposit (EMD) and submit the application.
  • Keep the payment receipt. Your application's status shows on your dashboard after you log in.

Where are the homes? What about Nashik, Sambhajinagar, Nagpur?

  • The homes in this lottery are only in Pune city, Pimpri-Chinchwad and the PMRDA area.
  • Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nagpur, Amravati and Konkan are separate MHADA boards with their own lotteries.
  • Homes, prices and sizes scheme by scheme are on MHADA's official site.

After the draw, MHADA publishes the winners and the waiting list on its official site. When the results are out we will link them here and show how to check yours.

Questions people ask

Wasn't the last date 15 October?

It was extended on 14 October. Apply and pay online by 22 October, 11:59 pm; by RTGS/NEFT by 23 October, 3:59 pm.

The site is stuck and my certificates are not approved. What do I do?

Because of MahaIT maintenance, certificates are not approved from 16 October 4 pm to 20 October. If yours are approved, finish the application and payment now; if not, keep documents and the deposit ready and finish as soon as approvals restart.

Will the date be extended again?

No further extension announced as of 18 October. Don't wait for the last day. If the date changes we will update this page.

When is the draw?

MHADA has not confirmed the date yet; news reports give dates from 25 November to 4 December. We will post it here once fixed.

Do I need to pay anyone to apply?

No. Apply yourself, only on MHADA's official site. Never pay anyone who promises a home; the draw is done by computer. Avasetu does not take applications or money.

How do I check my application and payment?

Log in on the official site with the username you made when registering; the status shows on your dashboard. Keep the payment receipt.

Are the buildings in the videos the real homes?

No, the pictures in our videos are illustrations. The actual homes and their details are on MHADA's official site.
